Growing up in a family where obesity seemed genetically inevitable I made a promise to myself that I would not fall into that same trap. Well after college, marriage and a baby I did just that. Unhappy with this seeemingly hopeless fate i decided to beat hope and fate and take charge of my life. Now 3 years and a loss of 62 lbs. later, I continue my mission and look forward to encouraging my readers to begin theirs.

Welcome To My World
I know you probably don't believe I did all of this in a year but I did! It took a lot of courage, but I added a few of my before pictures. I'll never look this way again!!! Believe that!!! I am living proof that hard work and discipline pays off!!! Don't ever let anyone snatch what is rightfully yours!!! I had always dreamed of being an athlete and fitness model. It was something I always fantasized about- growing up in a family where obesity is normal. I was told that gaining weight was inevitable because it was a part of my genetics. Guess what? It was a lie!!! Why? I am a mother, teacher, figure competitor, fitness model, and mentor to mothers who are sick and tired of being sick and tired. Mothers who have realized that blaming child birth and genetics is not an option. I AM THE FUTURE OF FITNESS!!!! If you would like to be a part of my future and have questions, comments, confusions or just need to someone to talk to, I am here! Let's embark on this fitness journey together.
Yours In health,
Princess
